Why Should You Listen To Me?
Aside from the fact that I look awesome with a pair of no-lens glasses and a pseudo-model pose?
I've been a student of the iron game for over 15 years and a personal trainer/strength coach for 5 of those years. I've been through all the confusion and BS most of us still go through on a regular basis when it comes to training.
I've tried everything under the sun to get myself and my clients bigger, stronger, faster, and have a good grasp on what actually works and what doesn't. It's not all about what you do in the gym. It has a lot to do with what's going on in your head.
My goal is to share my experience and help people to grow stronger both mentally and physically in order to realize their true potential and become the the strongest version of themselves.
